Recycled cotton scrub pad

Q1: How is the pad made from recycled cotton?

A: Cotton waste from production is recovered, processed into fiber, and re-formed into the pad matrix with a binding process that keeps a naturally speckled texture. The result is a working cleaning pad where the recycled content is visible in the product itself.

Q2: Does performance differ from a standard sponge?

A: The pad targets general household wipe-downs, counters, and dishes. The recycled matrix gives slightly more textured scrubbing than a uniform PU sponge, with comparable absorbency. For heavy grease programs we recommend pairing it with our scouring pad line.

Q3: Which certifications and compliance documents can you provide?

A: FoamTech operates ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified management systems. We supply OEKO-TEX Standard 100 test reports, EU REACH compliance documentation, and an MSDS on request for customs and retail onboarding. Our social compliance is audited under BSCI, and we hold FAMA (Disney Facilities and Merchandise Authorization) for Disney-licensed production programs.

Q4: What customization do you support?

A: Custom die-cut shapes, printed logos and patterns, thickness, and retail packaging such as printed bags, kraft sleeves, and multi-pack headers.

Q5: What is the MOQ for bulk and custom orders?

A: Standard unbranded bulk orders start at 1,000-3,000 pieces depending on size. Custom private-label orders (custom shapes, colors, or printed packaging) typically start at 10,000-20,000 pieces to cover printing and tooling runs.

Q6: Do you support Amazon FBA sellers?

A: Yes. We provide multi-pack bundling, FNSKU/UPC barcode labeling, suffocation-warning bags, and vacuum-compression packing that reduces carton volume and inbound storage fees. Carton drop tests can be arranged before shipment.
