Pad Series

Round pads built on our own melamine foam line, matched to machine type and soil level. Color is the grade: white for final polishing, red for daily cleaning, blue for light scrubbing, green for medium scrubbing, brown for heavy scrubbing, black for stripping. Custom colors and printed logos are available for OEM programs.

Sizes & Machine Fit

Stock diameters: 11 in / 280 mm, 12 in / 305 mm, 15 in / 380 mm, 16 in / 405 mm, 17 in / 430 mm and 22 in / 560 mm. Custom diameters from 10 to 25 inches run on request. Walk-behind autos typically take 11–20 in pads, rider scrubbers 14–22 in. Pads mount by hook-and-loop backing or clutch plate, so they drop into most common scrubber brands without modification.

Where They Work

Retail malls and supermarkets for daily buffing, factories and warehouses for large concrete and epoxy floors, hospitals and healthcare where pads clean with water only and leave zero residue, and airports, stations and schools for high-traffic public floors. Suitable surfaces include ceramic tile, marble, concrete and epoxy; wood floors need a soft-face head. Always run a test pass on an inconspicuous area first.

What to Specify in Your RFQ

Diameter and thickness, backing type (hook and loop vs clutch plate), face material (white melamine, re-bond, or scrub color grade), density, target floor and the scrubber model the pads must fit. For OEM programs add color, printed logo and retail packaging requirements.
